About the Role:
Single Source Insurance Inc is looking for a driven and client-focused Commercial Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with business clients while helping them protect what matters most. Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Identify client coverage needs and recommend appropriate commercial lines products and policies
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions
- Communicate with carriers to negotiate coverage terms and competitive pricing
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, coverage questions, and claims support
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries for prospective and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
Requirements:
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience in commercial lines insurance, account management, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including GL, BOP, Workers' Comp, and Commercial Auto
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with agency management software (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Self-motivated team player with a client-first mindset

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
